(6) 23-0900-S28 CD 4 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Fulton Avenue and Moorpark Street No. 1 Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
