(11) 23-0905 CD 3 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the feasibility of creating a new police substation at the Westfield Topanga Shopping Center in Council District 3. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Blumenfield - Lee): INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Police Department, with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), to report on the feasibility of creating a new substation at the Westfield Topanga Shopping Center.
