(12) 23-0947 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to building a plan to address risk prone areas of the City in need of investment in infrastructure to help ensure public safety and the possible loss of property. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez - Lee): DIRECT the Emergency Management Department and the Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and other relevant City Departments, to report to the Council on areas of the City that are continuously at risk during adverse weather and natural events that may impact life and property, with said report to include a priority list of projects and action items that can be implemented to reduce risks in these areas and identification of funding needed to support these efforts.
