(25) 13-1501-S2 CD 15 RELATED TO COUNCIL FILE NO. 13-1501-S3 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving the consent to transfer 49 percent in the aggregate of the direct and indirect ownership of TraPac, LLC, Permit No. 881. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Harbor Commissioners (Board) that the proposed action is administratively exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Article ll, Section 2(f), of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the Port of Los Angeles Resolution No. 23-10188 authorizing approval of the consent to the transfer of 49 percent in the aggregate of the direct and indirect ownership of TraPac, LLC – Permit No. 881, as detailed in the Board report dated September 12, 2023, attached to the Council file.
