(27) 23-0967 CDs 6, 11 ADMINISTRATIVE and CATEGORICAL EXEMPTIONS, and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving a three-year contract with Standard Signs Incorporated, covering specialized airfield signs and replacement parts for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) that the action is administratively and categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article ll, Section 2(f) and Article lll, Class 1(15) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the three year contract with Standard Signs Incorporated covering specialized airfield signs and replacement parts for LAX and Van Nuys Airport, for cost not to exceed $1,050,000. CONCUR with the Board’s action on April 11, 2023, by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) Resolution No. 27707, authorizing the Chief Executive Officer, LAWA, to execute said contract with Standard Signs Incorporated.
