(44) 23-0138 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled George Lakner v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. BC708560. (This is an inverse condemnation action in which George Lakner seeks recovery for alleged damage to his property at 17603 West Posetano Road, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272, from a landslide.)
