Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: APPROVE BIP Seismic Budget of $477 million, as the new baseline program budget. INSTRUCT the Bureau of Engineering to report annually with a revised BIP Seismic Budget.
