(29) 23-0929 CD 7 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (RODRIGUEZ – HARRIS-DAWSON) relative to acceptance of the dedications and/or grants of parcels of land and/or property rights for the property located at 16300 Foothill Boulevard in Council District 7 for a new Fire Station. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services (GSD) and the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) to accept the dedications and/or grants of parcels of land and/or property rights for the property at 16300 Foothill Boulevard (Assessor Parcel Number 2603007038) for a new Fire Station; and, INSTRUCT the GSD and BOE to report within 30 days with any recommendations necessary to facilitate acceptance of the dedication and acquisition of the Property.
