(30) 23-1183 CD 8 MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON - HERNANDEZ) relative to a personal services contract with Element Leadership, LLC for services for the Eighth Council District. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: APPROVE the personal services contract with Element Leadership, LLC to provide services to the Eighth District as set forth in the Motion attached to the Council file. AUTHORIZE the Councilmember of the Eighth District to execute this contract on behalf of the City, and INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
