(31) 23-1186 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for enhanced services by the Salvation Army for the period of November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024, at the Lafayette Park A Bridge Home (ABH) Shelter in Council District 10. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: ALLOCATE $455,000 from the AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD-10 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Salvation Army for enhanced services for the period November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024 at the Lafayette Park ABH Shelter in Council District 10. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to prepare, process and execute the necessary document(s) with Salvation Army, or any other association or entity, in the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of City Attorney as to form. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund allocation instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be orally, electronically or by any other means.
