Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Harris-Dawson – Hernandez – Padilla): INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to report to the Council within 30 days on the request made by the BPLA to register as a Qualified Minority Organization, pursuant to the Employee Relations Resolution No.1. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
