F.\nConsider Amendment No. 1 to the Loan Agreement with Abalone Cove\nLandslide Abatement District (ACLAD). (Ramos)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Loan Agreement with\nACLAD to update the eligible expenditures to include winterization or culvert\nrepairs including, but not limited to, the winterization of Altamira Canyon and\nrepair for the culvert under Palos Verdes Drive South (PVDS); and, 2)\nAuthorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 1 in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
