(1) 10-1280 CD 2 MOTION (KREKORIAN - RAMAN) and RESOLUTION relative to the issuance of revenue bonds or notes for the acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping of educational facilities located at 4533 Laurel Canyon Boulevard in Council District 2. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: HOLD a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) Hearing at the City Council meeting to be held on January 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. located at 200 North Spring Street, Room 340, Los Angeles, California 90012.
