(6) 24-0045 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN - KREKORIAN) relative to an instruction to the City Clerk to sign the petition for the City-owned parcels included in the Studio City Business Improvement District (BID). Recommendations for Council action: INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or designee, to sign the petition for the City-owned parcels included in the Studio City BID. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any changes or adjustments to the above instruction in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion. Motion (Raman - Krekorian) dated 1-12-24
