Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 0714 (CD-14 Community Services), to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1070 (Salaries - As Needed), for services in connection with the CD 14’s special recognition of Wear Red Day on February 2, 2024, including the illumination of City Hall and the Sixth Street Viaduct.
