(15) 23-1048 CD 6 ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to authorizing the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation (BOS) to use the progressive design-build project delivery method and the competitive sealed proposal selection process consistent with City Charter Section 371(b) for the construction of the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant Primary Equalization Basin and future Groundwater Replenishment projects, and related services. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated December 4, 2023, authorizing the BOS to use the progressive design-build project delivery method and the competitive sealed proposal selection process consistent with City Charter Section 371(b) for the construction of the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant Primary Equalization Basin and future Groundwater Replenishment projects, and related services. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the City Attorney. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
