(1) 23-0900-S60 CD 11 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Charnock Road and McLaughlin Avenue Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:​ DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
