(2) 23-0900-S61 CD 6 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Borden Avenue and Tuxford Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:​ DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
