(20) 24-0122 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - BLUMENFIELD) relative to the transfer of Neighborhood Purpose Grant funds returned by Biocitizen L.A. to the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $5,000 within Neighborhood Council Fund No. 59B/14 from Revenue Code No. 5188 (Miscellaneous Revenue) to Account No. 141238 (Historic Highland Park) for the Neighborhood Purpose Grant funds returned by Biocitizen L.A. to the Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
