(23) 24-0085 CD 14 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (DE LEON - BLUMENFIELD) relative to compiling petitions to include City-owned parcels in the Highland Park Business Improvement District (BID). Recommendations for Council action: INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or designee, to sign the petition for the City-owned parcels included in the Highland Park BID. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any changes or adjustments to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
