(9) 23-0900-S68 CD 14 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Hollenbeck Park Street Lighting District. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:​ DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
