J.\nConsider awarding a contract services agreement to Ron’s Maintenance, Inc.\nfor annual catch basin cleaning and related maintenance. (Vitkus/Hernandez)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a contract services agreement to Ron’s\nMaintenance, Inc., for annual catch basin cleaning and related maintenance\nservices with a five-year term between October 7, 2025 and September 30,\n2030, with a maximum amount of $255,000 in year one plus a 15%\ncontingency and a maximum amount of $1,582,638 plus a 15% contingency\nover the five-year term of the agreement; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the contract, in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
