REJECTION OF ALL BIDS FOR THE CITYWIDE SLURRY SEAL (PHASE 3)\nPROJECT FY 2022-2023.\nComments:\nStaff has an implemented citywide slurry seal program that is currently on Phase 3 of the four-\nphase program. Staff sent out the Notice Inviting Bids on the City Website (PlanetBids) where the\ncity received four bids. The cost of this project exceeded the engineer's estimate and staff\nrecommends that the city council reject all bids and re-advertise in FY 2023-2024.
