(1) 24-0160-S3 CD 1 COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE LOS ANGELES DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING AND SAFETY (LADBS) relative to a proposed lien for nuisance abatement costs and/or non-compliance of code violations/Annual Inspection costs, for the property located at 2706 West Avenue 30. Recommendation for Council action: RECEIVE and FILE the LADBS reports, dated November 29, 2023 and March 29, 2024, attached to the Council file, relative to a proposed lien for nuisance abatement costs and/or non-compliance of code violations/Annual Inspection costs for the property located at 2706 West Avenue 30, inasmuch as the LADBS is rescinding the invoice.
