Recommendation for Council action: RECEIVE and FILE the LADBS reports, dated December 28, 2023 and March 29, 2024, attached to the Council file, relative to a proposed lien for nuisance abatement costs and/or non-compliance of code violations/Annual Inspection costs for the property located at 828 East Florence Avenue, inasmuch as the proposed lien amount of $13.911.52 has been paid in full.
