(28) 24-0219 CD 2 HEARING COMMENTS relative to an Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for both on-site and off-site consumption at Jon & Vinny's Studio City, located at 11334 West Moorpark Street, Studio City, California 91604. Recommendations for Council action: DETERMINE that the issuance of a liquor license at Jon & Vinny's Studio City, located at 11334 West Moorpark Street, will serve the Public Convenience or Necessity and will not tend to create a law enforcement problem. GRANT the Application for Determination of Public Convenience or Necessity for the sale of alcoholic beverages for both on-site and off-site consumption at Jon & Vinny's Studio City, located at 11334 West Moorpark Street, Studio City, California 91604. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to transmit this determination to the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control as required findings under Business and Professions Code Section 23958.4.
