(36) 23-0852 PERSONNEL, AUDITS, AND HIRING and ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEES’ REPORT, and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending Section 195.06 of Article 2, Section 195.14 of Article 2.1, and Section 196.04 of Article 3 of Chapter XIX of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC) to align enforcement and appeals procedures with the City’s Administrative Citation Enforcement Program. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated January 19, 2024, amending Section 195.06 of Article 2, Section 195.14 of Article 2.1, and Section 196.04 of Article 3 of Chapter XIX of the LAMC to align enforcement and appeals procedures with the City’s Administrative Citation Enforcement Program.
