Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the Council District 15 portion of the Council Discretionary Street Furniture Fund No. 43D/50 to the General Services Department Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 001070 (Salaries-As Needed), for services in connection with the Council District 15's special observation of National Alzheimer's Awareness Month on November 1, 2024, at City Hall, including the illumination of City Hall.
