(48) 24-0351 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - BLUMENFIELD) relative to funding for the Sycamore Grove Park - Music Y Poemas Event and for materials and expenses for the Spring Break Sports Camp in Council District 1. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $156,815 from the Council District 1 portion of the "Neighborhood Service Enhancements" line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the listed Accounts and in the amounts specified in the Recreation Parks Fund No. 301/88, as detailed in the table contained in the Motion, attached to the Council file. TRANSFER the remaining uncommitted / unencumbered balance in the Council District 1 portion of the "Neighborhood Service Enhancements" line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 (Account No. 000974) to the Council District 1 portion of the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 000701 (CD-1 Community Services), to better align with current expenditure patterns. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
