Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the Mayor's portion of the Heritage Month Celebration & Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1070 (Salaries-As Needed), for services in connection with the Mayor's special recognition of Earth Hour on March 23, 2024, including the turning off exterior lights of City Hall.
