(31) 22­0611­S1 CD 8 MOTION (HARRIS­DAWSON ­ PRICE) relative to extending the term of the contract with the Los Angeles Brotherhood Crusade­Black United Fund, Inc. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to take the actions needed to extend the term of the contract with the Los Angeles Brotherhood Crusade ­ Black United Fund, Inc. (Contract No. C­138622) relative to operating the Enhanced Summer Night Lights program from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The extension is necessary for the contractor to continue the work as agreed upon in the original contract, and additional funds are not required for this extension.
