Recommendations for Council action: 1. ADOPT the determination by the Board of Airport Commissioners (Board) that the proposed action is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article III, Class 1(18)(c) and (e) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines. 2. The lease revenue will be deposited in the LAWA Skyview Center Fund. The recommendations in the report comply with the LAWA’s Financial Policies. Approval of the proposed Amendment will have no impact on the City’s General Fund.
