Hearing on Ordinance Granting a Proprietary Petroleum Pipeline\nFranchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P.\nHearing on ordinance for adoption granting a common-carrier petroleum\npipeline franchise to Crimson California Pipeline, L.P., a California limited\npartnership (Franchisee), to operate and maintain its existing petroleum\npipeline system for a period of five years, beginning on June 13, 2024 and\nexpiring on June 12, 2029, the base annual fee payable to the County by\nFranchisee will be determined according to a formula contained in Section 2\nof the franchise ordinance, and the Franchisee will also pay the County a\ngranting fee of $10,000.
