(23) 13­1641­S4 CD 1 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA), executed on February 28, 2019, for the Taylor Yard G2 parcel in Council District 1; and related matters. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Hernandez ­ Blumenfield), SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), and Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), with the assistance of the City Attorney, to negotiate and execute the amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the MRCA executed February 28, 2019, contained in the communication from Council District 1 dated March 11, 2024, attached to the Council file. 2. AUTHORIZE the BOE to accept funds in the amount of $3,500,000 from the MRCA and deposit in the appropriate account. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the CLA has completed a financial analysis of this report.
