Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated March 27, 2024, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 4033 West Cumberland Avenue (Case No. 778158), Assessor I.D. No. 5430­019­006, from the REAP. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the LAHD. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
