(47) 24­0434 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT ­ HARRIS­DAWSON) relative to funding to defray costs associated with Project Save in Council District (CD) 10. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $300,000 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD 10 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services) to Contract No. C­139855 with Community Build, Inc. to defray costs associated with Project Save. 2. AUTHORIZE City Clerk to execute an amendment to Contract No. C­139855 with Community Build, Inc. to increase the total contract amount with no changes to the existing term of the contract. 3. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
