(51) 24­0429­S1 CD 13 MOTION (SOTO­MARTINEZ ­ RODRIGUEZ) relative to compiling petitions to include City­owned parcels in the Hollywood Media District Business Improvement District (BID). Recommendations for Council action: 1. INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or designee, to sign the petition for the Friday City­owned parcels - April included 19, 2024 - in the Hollywood Media PAGE 33 BID. Recommendations for Council action: 1. INSTRUCT the City Clerk, or designee, to sign the petition for the City­owned parcels included in the Hollywood Media District BID. 2. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any changes or adjustments to the above instruction in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
