10. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL PROJECT MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Approve and authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the following three-\nyear Professional Services Agreements (on file in the Records Management Department)\nfor on-call Project Management Services for a total compensation amount of $1,000,000:\na. Transtech Engineers, Inc., of Chino, California for a total contract amount not-to-\nexceed $350,000;\nb. Tilden-Coil Constructors, Inc., of Riverside, California for a total contract amount\nnot-to-exceed $350,000;\nc. Griffin Structures, Inc., of Irvine, California for a total contract amount not-to-\nexceed $100,000;\nd. Moote Companies, LLC., of Irvine, California for a total contract amount not-to-\nexceed $100,000; and\ne. CBRE Heery, of Los Angeles, California for a total contract amount not-to-exceed\n$100,000.\nf. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to extend the agreements for up to\ntwo additional consecutive one-year periods.\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to extend the agreements for up to two\nadditional consecutive one-year periods.
