6. A CHANGE ORDER TO THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH M. BREY ELECTRIC FOR THE\nOMUC, PARKS AND MAINTENANCE, AND INTEGRATED WASTE OFFICE IMPROVEMENTS\nPROJECT\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize Change Order No. 3 to the Construction Contract (on file in the Records\nManagement Department) with M. Brey Electric, Inc. of Beaumont, California, in the amount of\n$22,570, for the OMUC, Parks and Maintenance, and Integrated Waste Office Improvements\nProject;\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute said contract and authorize the filing of\nthe notice of completion at the conclusion of all construction activities related to the project.
