(11) 24­0374 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Parviz Shavalian v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV42895. (This matter arises from a trip and fall incident which occurred on January 5, 2019, on the sidewalk located at 4134 West Washington Boulevard, in Los Angeles, California.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on April 17, 2024.)
