(14) 24­0375 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Robert Putney v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV12964. (This matter arises from a bicycle accident which occurred on June 29, 2020, which occurred on 4th Street near the intersection of South La Brea Avenue.) (Budget, Finance and Innovation Committee considered this matter on April 17, 2024.)
