(15) 24­0308 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Jesus Mejia, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV11753. (This matter arises from an incident involving members of the Los Angeles Fire Department who responded to an emergency call at 1631 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles, California.)
