(17) 24­0369 The Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Isidro Francisco Flores Solis, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV22868. (This matter arises from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on January 17, 2022, on Oxnard Street in North Hollywood, California.)
