7.\nAir Traffic Control Equipment Upgrade Project #CC23-041\nRecommendation:\nThat the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority Board of Directors:\n(1) Ratify the acceptance of Grant Agreement #3-06-0359-031-2022 between the United\nStates of America acting through the Federal Aviation Administration and the Southern\nCalifornia Logistics Airport Authority in the amount of $300,000 in support of the Air Traffic\nControl Tower Equipment Upgrade Project #CC23-041; and\n(2) Adopt Resolution No. SCLAA 23-004 increasing budgeted grant revenues by\n$300,000, and increasing budgeted grant expenditures by $300,000; and\n(3) Approve the purchase of equipment in support of Air Traffic Control Equipment\nUpgrade Project #CC23-041 in the amount not to exceed $300,000.
