(15) 15­1460­S1 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to amending the Los Angeles Administrative Code (LAAC) to update the definitions of “Local Resident” and “Transitional Worker” to be consistent with the current Department of Public Works­Project Labor Agreement.
