(16) 24­0404 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Claim for Refund filed by Herbalife24 Triathlon Los Angeles. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Services and the Board of Public Works (BPW), Office of Accounting to process the Claim for Refund over $5,000, No. 167696, to refund the Herbalife24 Triathlon Los Angeles the amount of $116,449.37. 2. APPROVE the Claim for Refund Over $5,000 No. 167696, and that the Herbalife24 Triathlon Los Angeles be refunded the amount of $116,449.37. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the BPW. Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
