(17) 24­0547 CDs 1, 7, 15 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to negotiating, accepting, and executing grant agreements for the California Natural Resources Agency’s Urban Greening Program 2023. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. AUTHORIZE the Director, Bureau of Sanitation, to negotiate, accept, execute, and submit all documents, including, but not limited to, applications, agreements, amendments, and payment requests, Tuesday - June etc., subject 4, 2024 to the - approval of the City AttorneyPAGE 14 which as to form, may be necessary to secure grant funds for the MacArthur Lake negotiating, accepting, and executing grant agreements for the California Natural Resources Agency’s Urban Greening Program 2023. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. AUTHORIZE the Director, Bureau of Sanitation, to negotiate, accept, execute, and submit all documents, including, but not limited to, applications, agreements, amendments, and payment requests, etc., subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form, which may be necessary to secure grant funds for the MacArthur Lake Stormwater Capture Project, Oro Vista Local Area Urban Flow Management Project, and the Wilmington Neighborhood Greening Project from the California Natural Resources Agency's Urban Greening Program 2023. 2. ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION, attached to the Board of Public Works (BPW) report dated May 8, 2024, for submission of applications to the California Natural Resources Agency's Urban Greening Program 2023, as required by the granting agency. Fiscal Impact Statement: The BPW reports that reimbursements from the California Natural Resources Agency will be deposited into the respective fund, details of which are stated in the BPW report, dated May 8, 2024, attached to the Council file.
