(36) 24­0465 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (CAO) relative to the salary recommendation for the permanent General Manager of Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DONE). Recommendation for Council action: RESOLVE that the salary rate for the permanent appointment of Carmen Chang to the position of General Manager, DONE, BE ESTABLISHED at $240,621.12, effective upon Council confirmation, as recommended by the Mayor and approved by the Executive Employee Relations Committee on May 14, 2024. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that any increase in costs associated with the recommended salary rate for the permanent General Manager, DONE, will be absorbed within the department's budgeted funds.
