Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $2,000,000 from AB 1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281208 (CD 8 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services) to Engineering Special Services Fund No. 682/50, new account entitled "Destination Crenshaw ­ AB 1290", for the Destination Crenshaw Project in CD 8. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means. 3. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the BOE to prepare, process and execute the necessary documents with and/or payments to Destination Crenshaw, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate, utilizing the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form.
