(14) 23­0002­S133 CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION (DE LEON – RODRIGUEZ – ET AL.) relative to including in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program sponsorship and support of any legislative and/or administrative action that would grant Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Guatemalans and provide TPS benefits to all Guatemalans currently residing in the United States. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: 1. RESOLVE to include in the City’s 2023­24 Federal Legislative Program SPONSORSHIP and SUPPORT of any legislative and/or administrative action that would grant TPS for Guatemalans and provide TPS benefits to all Guatemalans currently residing in the United States. 2. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $19,121 in the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281210 (CD 10 Redevelopment Projects ­ Services) to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, as follows: $6,041 to Account No. 001014 (Salaries ­ Construction) and $13,080 to Account No. 003180 (Construction Materials) in order to replace the gate at Fire Station No. 34. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering (BOE) to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means. 3. INSTRUCT the CAO to report that the Federal Aviation Administration (then Civil Aeronautics Authority) determined the Van Nuys Airport expansion project was eligible for federal airport aid; that Airport Revenue was used to fund this project which included the Sherman Way Tunnel construction; and, the City's options to ensure that Airport Revenue is used to maintain the tunnel, including but not limited to graffiti abatement and security.
